WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A CONCERT/ EVENT BREAK?
Included in the price of your package will be a hotel stay on the nights chosen with additional extras such as breakfast and parking available
Hotels are specially chosen to be close to your venue. Many hotels are exclusive to EventHotels UK and hold availability for us where other sites may be sold out or fully booked.
With the perfect hotel for your break allocated you can relax and look forward to your event break
All prices include service and VAT. We don’t charge any credit card or booking fees.
WHICH HOTEL WILL I BE STAYING IN?
We offer exclusive hotels close to your chosen venue. All Hotels we offer are 3 star and above offering option such as breakfast and parking. We take the hassle out of booking online by finding your perfect fit. Some of our prefered hotels are listed for you to browse.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay with any debit or credit card with No Fees added.
Paying with debit or credit card is also faster. Once you’ve linked your card or bank account to your account, you won’t need to provide all of your card details every time you shop online.

WHAT CONFIRMATION WILL I RECEIVE AFTER MAKING MY EVENT BREAK BOOKING?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete. This will detail your full hotel details.
Just take this booking reference number to the hotel reception on the day of booking and all accommodation and extras ( if booked) will be pre paid in full.
A reminder E-mail will be sent a few days before your event with all details shown again.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unlike many other companies we offer a fantastic Free Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so up to 5 days before the booking date .
This does not affect your statutory rights (See cancelled events)
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION. WHAT DO I DO?
You should recieve an E-mail confirmation within 48 hrs of booking.If this has not been received please E-mail and we will forward to you on receipt.
CAN I BOOK EVENT TICKETS ON THEIR OWN
EventHotels UK do not supply event tickets at present. We are affiliate site for both Ticketmaster and See Tickets and we supply links to products from both of these tickets agencies. All bookings would be accommodation only.
THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY FOR MY SELECTED HOTEL. WHAT CAN I DO?
We may on rare occasions have to offer to change the selected hotel .In this instance we will always try to keep as close to the original booking details as possible. We always offer an alternative that would be of similar standard.
WHAT AGE IS CLASSED AS A CHILD?
Most theatres will allow young children, over 5's, as long as the parent is confident that the child will be attentive to the performance and not cause a distraction. Some shows do have a recommended age which can be found with the theatre description. Please note: theatres do not allow babes in arms and accompanying adults will be asked to remove noisy infants.
CAN I BOOK THEATRE BREAKS AT SHORT NOTICE?
Theatre hotel stays are no different to any other event and can be cancelled within 5 days of the booking at no additional cost. We advise if the show is 14 days before the date you want to go please contact us for availability. Please note tickets are NOT included but can be purchased via links on our site.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT IS CANCELLED?
If for any reason the show has been cancelled we can offer a refund on your hotel booking or change of date if availability allows
It is up to the customer to check if an artist cancels or rescedules a show - We do not contact customers concerning any date changes for events although most changes are posted on our social media channels and Ticket Onsale page.
